An arborist consultation is the step before you cut anything. We come out, look at your trees, and tell you what is healthy, what is a hazard, and what needs to happen. In Miramar, where some trees are protected and storm season tests every tree, that assessment is worth doing before you spend money on removal or trimming.
We assess tree health and structure. A tree can look fine from the ground and have real problems inside, decay in the trunk, cracks in the limbs, a root system that has been compromised by construction or flooding. We look for those things and tell you what they mean for the tree and for your property.
Risk assessment is a big part of it. If you have a big tree hanging over your house, you want to know whether it is sound enough to stay or whether it needs to come down before the next storm. We give you an honest read on that, not a sales pitch. If the tree is fine, we tell you. If it is a hazard, we tell you why and what the options are.
We also guide you on protected trees. Some species in Miramar and the surrounding cities are protected and need a permit before removal, and the rules differ by city. We tell you upfront if your tree falls under that, and we walk you through the permit process so you do not get caught halfway into a job without paperwork.
A walkover assessment, where we look at the trees and give you verbal and written recommendations, runs less than a full risk report. A full written report, the kind you might need for insurance or a permit application, takes more time and costs more. We tell you which one you need based on what you are trying to do.
If you have trees you are unsure about, or you need guidance before a removal or a permit application, call us or request a free quote. We come out, look at the trees, and give you an honest assessment.
