Miramar Tree Service clears yards that have piled up with branches, fronds, and debris. Sometimes a storm drops a mess of limbs across the lawn but nothing landed on a structure. Sometimes a property has just been neglected and the brush has stacked up over months. Either way, we haul it off and leave the yard clean.
Debris cleanup is its own job, and a lot of people need it after storm season in South Florida. A hurricane or a strong squall can scatter branches, palm fronds, and whole limbs across a property without actually felling a tree. That mess is a hazard, a fire risk once it dries, and an eyesore. We gather it, chip it, load it, and haul it away.
We also do routine yard cleanups for properties that have gotten away from the owner. Overgrown brush, dead fronds piled under the palms, branches that came down in the last storm and never got picked up. We clear all of it and haul it off in one trip or a few, depending on the volume. A property that has been let go can generate a surprising amount of material.
Sometimes the cleanup is for a property that is being sold or rented. A buyer or a tenant does not want to inherit a yard full of downed branches and dead fronds, and a clean lot shows better and appraises better. We come in and get it cleared in one visit, hauling off the debris and leaving the yard presentable. That kind of cleanup is quick work for us, and it makes a real difference in how the property shows.
Palm fronds are a big part of this work. They are bulky, they do not compact well, and they fill a truck fast. A yard with a few royal palms can generate a surprising pile of dead fronds in a season. We gather them, load them, and haul them so you are not left with a pile in the corner of the yard. Fronds left on the ground also attract pests and hold moisture against the lawn, so clearing them is good for the property, not just the look.
If the debris includes a branch or a limb that is still hung up in a tree, we get that down too. A hanging limb, what we call a widowmaker, is a real hazard, and it needs to come down before it falls on someone. We bring it down safely as part of the cleanup. We do not leave you with a dangerous limb still hanging over your patio.
We sort the debris as we work. Logs and big limbs go one way, brush and fronds go another, and anything we can chip goes through the chipper. That keeps the hauling efficient and keeps your costs down, because we are not trucking air. When we finish, the yard is clear and the debris is gone, hauled to the right place.
If the cleanup includes invasive brush like Brazilian pepper or melaleuca, we make sure it gets hauled off and not left on the property. Those species re sprout from cut pieces left on the ground, so leaving the brush is how you get the problem back. We load it and haul it to a proper green waste site, not back to the property. That detail is what keeps a cleared lot from growing back into a jungle next season.
